How it Works
- Advertisers pay to have Converdia host mobile advertising from its web servers.
- Additional advertising in print or other media informs mobile device users of keywords to “text” in to the Converdia short code (a five digit, easy to input phone number) in order to receive this mobile advertising.
- The customer texts in a keyword and gets back an ad, opting in to company advertising.
- Advertisers build a customer base in this fashion, and can maintain a list of contacts for future info/advertising campaigns.
- Advertisers may also gather data from their customer base through questionnaires, a back and forth communication between Converdia technology and a mobile device user.
